My parents Antonia & Wolfgang have developed the SCHWANEN with immense love, energy & dedication and made it what it is today. Their commitment to their life's work and our collaboration over the past 5 years have shaped me and impressed me tremendously. Thank you both, we will stay tuned in your spirit.
Antonia Moosbrugger retires from the kitchen. Franziska Hiller, our second Wild Woman, has been with us for almost 25 years. For her as a reliable, creative constant, we have found a congenial partner in the kitchen in Michael Webendorfer. A homecomer, we would say in the Bregenzerwald. Michael was already with us for 3 years after his apprenticeship, then gained new experiences and ideas and returned again. He knows the Wilden Weiber and the #wildeweiberküche very well and embodies and lives the same ideas and principles as we do. Together we are looking for the challenge every day anew - perfect match - I would say.
I am super happy that the first steps of our new SCHWANEN team went well. We were able to fill a huge gap in the kitchen, which has now found a suitable counterpart in the #wildeweibergarten, which is our new vegetable garden. The variety and quantity of the harvest have shown us how much we have in us. Come and see for yourself in which form the vegetables from our garden can be found on our menu.
