Really. We Swans live and work in Bizau in the Bregenzerwald, a place where time has forgotten. The Schwanen has been a certified organic hotel since 2009, our kitchen has been awarded 3 toques, we mainly cook according to the teachings of Hildegard von Bingen and our service is outstanding.
